AirPods 3 Not Charging Properly Despite Fully Charged Case

I am experiencing a persistent charging problem with my AirPods 3 charging case. When I place the earbuds in the case, usually one side charges while the other remains stuck at 1%, or sometimes both earbuds stay at the same low battery level and do not charge further. This happens even when the case itself is fully charged, which means the case does not distribute power properly to the earbuds.

I have been dealing with this issue for about 2–3 months. During this time, I took my AirPods 3 to the Troy store in MaviBahçe, Izmir three times. On the first two visits, nothing was done to resolve the problem. On the third visit, they stated that the issue had been fixed, and for about 2–3 weeks, the AirPods worked properly. However, the same charging problem returned and continues in the same way.

My AirPods 3 are still under warranty. Because this fault has recurred despite multiple technical service visits, I no longer trust that the charging case will work reliably. I request that my AirPods 3 charging case be replaced under warranty with a properly functioning one so that I can use the product without constantly facing the same issue.
