Soundcore R50i Left Earbud Has Connection Problems
I have been using the Soundcore R50i earbuds for a long time, but I have never been satisfied with their performance. Even when my phone is in my pocket during everyday use, the earbuds frequently lose signal and disconnect. This issue is especially common with the left earbud, and today the connection range has become so poor that I can barely use it.
The earbuds also do not stay securely in my ears. They loosen while walking and frequently fall out even during light jogging or when I am doing relatively normal activities at the gym, such as shoulder exercises. There have also been occasions when the earbuds connected to my phone by themselves even though the charging case was closed. When I am walking and listening to music, I practically have to hold my phone up in the air to maintain a connection. At that point, there is really no point in using wireless earbuds.
The earbuds had already caused problems in the past, and one of the earbuds was previously replaced. I currently have little chance of finding the original warranty documentation or receipt. However, I believe a product that experiences such frequent connection and usability problems should not make the customer go through this much trouble.
I would like Anker to explain the cause of these problems with the earbuds' connection range, connectivity, and wearing comfort, and provide an appropriate solution to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
