Anker Soundcore Pro 3 Has Constant Issues

-I have been using the Anker Soundcore Pro 3, and I have never experienced a brand with so many persistent issues. The battery drains quickly, there are frequent connection problems, and the rubber ear tips keep falling off, making it extremely frustrating to use.
When you send it for service, expect to wait for a month, only to receive it back with no real repairs. Instead, they just tell you to "perform hygiene maintenance" and return it without fixing anything.
Anker, this is unacceptable! If you are selling premium products, they should work properly. I demand a real solution or a replacement. Customers should not be forced to deal with ongoing defects and poor support! Fix this now!
