American Airlines Mistreats Senior Passengers
My father and I took a flight from St. Louis to New York Newark on February 5th, courtesy of American Airlines. The tickets were booked by my father, who is 72 years old. When I got to the airport and went through the check-in process, I happened to spot a small error in my dad's name that he had written himself. When we asked for help from the airline staff, they responded in a very impolite and disrespectful manner towards my father. This kind of discrimination against older people is completely unacceptable. I immediately informed the staff about their behavior and tried to escalate the issue to customer service. Regrettably, there was no representative accessible at the moment. I expect an apology from the company regarding this matter.
