Unauthorized Charges For Apple TV Subscription
I am writing regarding two unauthorized Apple TV subscription charges that were made through Amazon using my Prime Visa credit card. The charges are for Apple TV subscriptions in the amount of $14.67 on May 4 and $14.67 on June 4. These payments were made by my soon-to-be ex-husband via Prime TV, even though we do not live together and have been living in different states while in the divorce process. I did not give him permission to use my card, and I only recently discovered that he had used my Prime Visa for the May and June payments. I can also see that he has now changed the July 4 payment to his own credit card, which confirms that the subscription is currently linked to his use, not mine. I have not previously contacted Amazon or my bank about this issue. This is my first attempt to resolve it, and I am requesting a full refund of the two unauthorized Apple TV subscription charges dated May 4 and June 4, and confirmation that there will be no further charges to my Prime Visa card related to this subscription. I kindly ask that these transactions be investigated as unauthorized use of my card and that the relevant refunds be issued.
