I Need Amazon to Cancel My Prime Music Subscription Before the Price Increase

I have an active Amazon Prime Music subscription on my Amazon account registered in Florida, USA, and I recently received an email stating that there will be an increase in the subscription fee. I no longer want to use Amazon Prime Music and, especially in light of the upcoming price increase, I want my subscription to be cancelled immediately. I have already tried to cancel the subscription myself through my account settings but I have not been able to complete the cancellation successfully. Despite my attempts, the subscription remains active and I am concerned that I will be charged at the increased price. I kindly request that my Amazon Prime Music subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further charges be taken from my account. I also ask that you send me written confirmation of the cancellation to my email address.

I am writing about an Amazon Music subscription that I do not need, do not want, and do not remember ever knowingly subscribing to. I live in the USA and I only want to keep my Amazon Prime; I do not want Amazon Music.
Music is very important in my life, but I have always used my own sources, such as YouTube and my own music, and I have never needed Amazon Music. Until now I had no clear information that I was paying for a separate Amazon Music service, and I do not recall being notified about its price or any price increase. I only recently realized that there may be an active Amazon Music subscription linked to my Amazon account, but I still have no clear confirmation or proper notice of this.
I previously tried to file a complaint and to contact Amazon about this issue, but my attempts led me into a kind of maze online with no clear way to reach a final answer or confirmation, and I still have no proof that my previous complaint was even recorded. I have also never been given a straightforward explanation of when this subscription started or how it was added to my account.
My request is the immediate cancellation of any Amazon Music subscription associated with my Amazon account, without affecting my Amazon Prime membership. I also ask for written confirmation that Amazon Music has been cancelled and that no further Amazon Music charges will be taken from my account. If there have been unauthorized or unclear Amazon Music charges in the past, I request that they be reviewed and refunded as appropriate, since I did not knowingly subscribe to or use this service.
