Canceled Amazon Order Keeps Being Shipped Despite Refund Promise

I am 87 years old and not comfortable using a computer or smartphone, so I asked to speak with a live representative. A probiotic order that I had canceled three months earlier was shipped to me. When I checked my account, the item appeared in my purchase history, and I was told I had been charged but would receive a refund. Now, the same product has been sent to me again. I have tried to resolve this issue, but I still do not understand why a canceled item keeps being shipped.
