I totally get how annoying it can be to wait for a product for a long time, only to have the delivery canceled one day before it was supposed to arrive. Even more annoying is finding out that the product is now more expensive than when you first ordered it and that the customer service team can't seem to give you any clear answers. It's really upsetting to see that other customers have had the same problems with this seller, and it doesn't help that I now have to wait even longer for a solution. Even worse, I still don't know where my shipment is, and I don't know when I might get a refund. They both wasted my time and money for nothing.
