Amazon Account Recovery Request
My name is Isaac Peter J*** III and I am the owner of a publishing company registered as an LLC, with an EIN and tax ID. The name of my publishing company is Bottom of the Bottom Publications. Through this company, a book titled “Bottom of the Bottom” was uploaded to Amazon around 2021, and it is currently listed for sale on Amazon’s website. My literary name is “Prince Oneself” and the book is associated with this name. The Amazon account for this publication was created while I was incarcerated, and Crystal Publication did the legwork to upload the book to Amazon on my behalf. Because I was not personally managing the setup, I do not have the login information and I do not know which email address or phone number was used for the account. Since my release in 2025 I have been trying to access this Amazon account so that I can both use Amazon services for purchasing and review any earnings related to my book, which I have never been able to spend. I contacted Amazon support and provided all of my personal details, as well as proof that I own Bottom of the Bottom Publications, including my articles of organization, LLC documents, EIN and tax ID. Despite this, I was told that they cannot access my account or give me any information about what the account holds. It should also be noted that I have filed a complaint against Crystal Publication through a complaint platform because of the issues surrounding the handling of my book and account. I am requesting that Amazon investigate this situation in detail, recognize my verified ownership of Bottom of the Bottom Publications and the book “Bottom of the Bottom” which is sold under my literary name “Prince Oneself” and help me regain full access to the Amazon account that was opened for my publication. If access cannot be restored, I ask that Amazon at least inform me about any balance or royalties associated with this account and provide a clear solution so that I can receive what is rightfully mine and use Amazon services under my own verified identity.
