Alo Yoga Code For First Order Is Invalid

I recently tried to place my first order on the official Alo Yoga website and wanted to use the 15% discount for a first purchase. On 14 August at around 6 pm, while I was in Toronto, Canada, I completed my order and tried to pay with my Mastercard, but the payment failed and I received an email stating that the payment for order #42701876 could not be processed. After this failed attempt, my 15% first-order discount code became invalid and I can no longer use it, even though the order was never successfully paid for or completed. As a result, I lost the opportunity to benefit from the discount on what should still be my first order. I kindly request that you provide me with a new 15% first-order discount code so that I can complete my first purchase with the benefit that was originally offered.
