Allianz Life Refusing to Return My Money Despite Cancelling My Individual Pension Plan

I requested to withdraw from my individual pension plan with Allianz after three months due to a financial need. The app indicated that if I withdrew today, I would receive 9,000 ₺. However, despite this, they deducted 8,500 ₺ as a supposed administrative fee and only deposited 1,000 ₺ into my account. I did not receive the amount I had originally invested. I am truly shocked and cannot understand why a company of this reputation would handle things this way.
