Unauthorized Allianz DASK Insurance Deduction Complaint

I made a payment to the Yapı Kredi Bank's Ümraniye Çarşı branch to settle my loan, but to my surprise, Allianz Insurance deducted a DASK (Turkish Catastrophe Insurance Pool) insurance premium without informing me or obtaining my consent. I would like to request the cancellation of this unauthorized DASK insurance policy and a refund of the money to be credited back to my account. I only have about 4-5 months remaining on my loan term, so it's almost over.
