Allianz Insurance Does Not Refund The Fee I Paid At The Hospital

I have Allianz orange Network complementary health insurance, I and my baby went to VM Medical Park Hospital Pendik Hospital, which is among the contracted institutions, and 2500 lira examination fee was taken from the 24-day-old baby, although we told the hospital that we have complementary health insurance, they said that it does not pass here and we could not return back because we came with the baby, I paid 2500 lira and I requested from my insurance company from the Allianz application and was rejected.
