My Konami Account Was Stolen And My Players Were Released

I play eFootball on Android and my game is linked with a KONAMI ID. On Saturday evening my account appears to have been accessed by someone else without my permission. That person changed the login details and I temporarily lost control of my account. Today around 7 p.m. I managed to log in again through my Google Play link. While I was playing, I suddenly received a message that an error had been detected and I was logged out. When I logged back in, I noticed that some of my players had been released from my account without my consent. I have not yet contacted support before, as I was not sure how to proceed. I am asking Konami to secure my account so that the person who stole or accessed it can no longer log in, and to restore all players that were released without my permission. I kindly request that my account be checked, secured, and my lost players returned.
