Recover My Instagram Account

I am experiencing a serious problem with accessing my Instagram account and I am requesting your support to restore it. The account I want to recover has the username “Arveend_yadav” and was previously linked to the email address “arveendk***[email protected]”. I last had access to this account about two months ago. Since then, I have lost access to both the email address and the password of the Instagram account, so I cannot log in or reset the password through normal methods. I have tried to use the in‑app “Forgot password?” and “Need more help?” options and followed the steps shown there. However, on the recovery page, no ID verification option appears. Instead, I receive a message saying that you are unable to give me permission to regain access to this account, and the process ends there without offering any other way to confirm that I am the owner. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed and that I be provided with an alternative way to verify my identity and prove ownership of the “Arveend_yadav” account, so that my access can be restored as soon as possible.
