I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with recent charges incurred on my account for canceled orders. On 09.02.2024, I placed two orders through your platform, one with Credit Card Payment and the other with PayPal Payment, as follows:

Shortly after placing these orders, I contacted the supplier to request cancellation (because they charged me extra fees), which they promptly confirmed. However, I was surprised to discover that I have been charged $82 USD in total for these canceled orders. I find it unreasonable to be charged for orders that were canceled the very next day, especially when no products were received.
I respectfully request a full refund of the $82 USD charged to my account. This includes the amount paid via Credit Card Payment, for which I have not yet received any refund. I expect the refunded amount to be returned to my original payment methods without any deductions. As a valued customer, I believe it is crucial for Alibaba to uphold fair and transparent practices. Charging customers for canceled orders without valid reason undermines trust and damages the overall user experience.
