Aliexpress Refund Request Ignored




I bought something from AliExpress, and apparently, it got seized during customs clearance. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund or payment at this time. I've made multiple attempts to reach out to them through email and the seller, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. I'm looking for guidance on where to seek help. Unfortunately, they have decided not to reship the products or provide any refunds.
