Alibaba Order Stuck in Customs and Never Delivered

About three months ago, I placed a $130 order through Alibaba.com. My order number is 308487987001025526. The product was shipped via FedEx, but the tracking information shows that the shipment was sent on August 6, 2026, and was subsequently held in customs. The product was never delivered to me.

I have neither received the product nor received a refund from Alibaba.com. As a result, I have been left without the product and without a refund of my $130 payment. This situation has caused both a significant loss of time and financial loss.

I request that the product be delivered to me immediately or that the full $130 I paid be refunded to my account without any deductions.
