Alibaba Order Stuck in Customs and Never Delivered
About three months ago, I placed a $130 order through Alibaba.com. My order number is 308487987001025526. The product wa...s shipped via FedEx, but the tracking information shows that the shipment was sent on August 6, 2026, and was subsequently held in customs. The product was never delivered to me.
