Algida's Stale Cone and Unresponsive Customer Service


I recently bought an Algida Delî Gül ice cream, complete with a historical backstory, but to my dismay, the cone was stale. Despite reaching out on Instagram, my attempts for resolution remain unanswered. I was assured by their team that they would get back to me, but I'm still waiting. It's disheartening to see a product with such a rich history fall short in quality. The ice cream has a legacy, yet the cone's staleness has left me in an odd predicament. As I patiently await their response, I can't help but hope for a swift resolution. It's disappointing when a cherished treat disappoints, but I'm holding onto the belief that Algida will uphold their promise of customer satisfaction.
