Alamo Refused My Rental Over Debit Card Policy and Won’t Confirm My Refund

For a family trip, I recently reserved a 7-seater automobile with Alamo Rent A automobile choosing full coverage and paying beforehand. We were advised we needed two debit cards under the same name to proceed when we were at the rental counter. Although we had two cards but under separate names, they refused to release the automobile to us; this need was not mentioned during booking. Unhelpful, the agent claimed they were unable to verify if we would be reimbursed. With my family waiting, I was left searching for a last-minute rental and Alamo's lack of clarification and help left us stuck and annoyed. Regarding our return, we still have to wait for a reply; I will not be using their service going forward.
