Akbank Refused to Refund the Annual Credit Card Fee After I Requested It

Inquiring about canceling my ₺630 yearly credit card fee with Akbank customer service, I was told that it was too late and they would not be able to do so. This answer is not acceptable to me, especially since the fee was charged without a good reason. If I don't get the money back, I'll make an official complaint with Consumer Rights. As a long-time customer, I find it annoying to be charged these fees. I expect better service from a bank I've trusted for years. I want to get my annual fee back as soon as possible, and I hope this problem can be fixed without getting worse.
