Akbank is truly making things difficult for its customers. Despite fully paying off my credit card balance on October 4, 2024, the bank added two new charges on October 5, 2024. These charges are listed as Payment Plan Loan 20/21 for ₺318.76 and 21/21 for ₺318.90. I had informed the bank about an issue where my balance was showing a negative ₺721, and they assured me it would be corrected. I specifically asked if there were any remaining debts, and they confirmed there were none. They also mentioned that if two installments remained unpaid, the credit card would not be reactivated for use. However, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I called Akbank three times, and each time they told me there was no problem. Yet, I am now facing a major issue. Please resolve this immediately.
