On January 25, 2026, during the boarding process at gate A05 for A Jet flight VF1002 from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport to Izmir, I was subjected to extremely disrespectful and humiliating treatment. The cabin baggage I used on my outbound flight on the same route, which complied with the size requirements and had been accepted without any issue, was arbitrarily rejected on the return flight under the pretext of size, without any reasonable justification. While doing so, the female staff member at the gate shouted at me, raised her voice, and addressed me in a humiliating and degrading manner in front of dozens of passengers. Despite the fact that the same cabin baggage had been accepted on the outbound flight, no warning or notification was given regarding this issue during ticketing or check-in on the return flight. As I needed to complete tax-free procedures, it was necessary for me to carry my cabin baggage on board. Even when I informed the staff member that I would leave the suitcase behind and transfer the contents into a smaller bag, she attempted to charge me again, continuing to shout and behave in an extremely harsh, rude, and inappropriate manner. She even shouted at other passengers who tried to assist me. As a result of this situation, I was forced to leave my suitcase at the airport. Although I did not pay any additional fee, all of my belongings were scattered, and I am now effectively left without a cabin bag. During the incident, no authorized representative from A Jet or the airport intervened or provided any explanation, and an A Jet cabin crew member merely watched the situation in apparent confusion. Due to both the disrespectful treatment I experienced and the inconvenience caused, I formally request that A Jet, regarding my reservation under booking reference 3YPCG8, conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, take the necessary action regarding the staff member involved, and compensate for the loss of my cabin baggage as well as the distress and hardship I suffered during this process.
