Ajet Charged Me Unfair Cabin Baggage Fee and the Staff Treated Me Rudely
On August 25, 2025, at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport during my Izmir flight with a layover in Esenboğa (VF508, reservation/ticket number: 33RE1G), I was subjected to extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from Ajet staff. Despite carrying only one bag, a half-eaten bag of chips, and a duty-free bag, they unfairly demanded a baggage fee and accused me of “making a show” when I objected. Other Turkish passengers boarding that day faced the same mistreatment, particularly from two female supervisors—one with long black hair and one blonde—who were extremely rude, while two male staff members created difficulties for each passenger and shouted constantly. The atmosphere felt like a detention camp, and I do not accept such treatment; I request that Ajet take action against the staff involved and review all cabin baggage fees collected from passengers on that flight.
