If AirBrush charged you after a free trial and you want to cancel and get a refund;
Check where you subscribed;
• iPhone:
– Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
– Find AirBrush
• Android:
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
– Find AirBrush
• Website purchase:
– Log in → Account → Subscription
Cancel the subscription;
• Tap Cancel Subscription
• Confirm it shows:
– “Will not renew”
– Expiry date
• Screenshot confirmation
Verify the charge;
• Check your bank/card statement
• Note amount and date
• Screenshot the transaction
Request a refund;
• App Store:
– Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
– Select AirBrush → Request a refund
– Choose: “I didn’t intend to subscribe”
• Google Play:
– Play Store → Order History
– Select charge → Report a problem → Request refund
• Direct purchase:
– Contact AirBrush Support
– Provide:
– Registered email
– Charge screenshot
– Cancellation proof
If refund is denied, contact your bank to dispute the charge and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
