Airbnb Host Canceled Reservation Last Minute, Left Us Stranded with Kids and No Refund

In July 2024, we made a reservation through Airbnb, but when we arrived at the property late at night, the host canceled our booking because they couldn't provide the house keys. We were left stranded on the street with two small children, and our vacation was ruined. Despite this, we still haven't received a refund. We've been vacationing for years and have never experienced anything like this before. It's been months now, and we are still dealing with this issue. We feel completely let down and just want our money back. Please refund us immediately—this situation is unacceptable!
