Airbnb Charged My Credit Card And Made The Reservation

Hello, A reservation was made in my name in India and Ukraine without my permission. Since there was enough time for the reservation made in Ukraine, the full amount was refunded when it was canceled. However, for the reservation made for India, 27,524.90₺ (763,52€) was charged to my credit card without my permission, but since it was canceled at the last minute, 3,971.16₺ (109,63€) of the withdrawn money was refunded. I received an e-mail saying that the India reservation for April 4-7 was made on April 3, 18:42, and was canceled on April 3, 18:50, and I did not make any of these. Due to a system weakness, a reservation was made and payment was made in my name. After I noticed, I contacted the Airbnb support line, but they said they could not help. I request an urgent response regarding this issue and compensation for my grievances.
