I made a half-board reservation through Agoda for Midan Hotel Jeddah, for two people, for 9 nights between March 12 and March 21, 2026, under reservation number 1688246124. The total amount I paid was ₺77,600 (approximately ₺6,500 per night), and the reservation clearly included breakfast and dinner. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we did not have breakfast included for 8 of the nights, even though my Agoda booking showed half-board with breakfast and dinner. On the evening of March 20, the hotel restaurant was closed to us and allocated to another group, and we were explicitly told that they would not give us food, even though we had paid for dinner as part of our stay. As a result, we were deprived of the services we had already paid for. I believe that I was unfairly charged for breakfasts and dinners that were not provided as agreed. I request a full refund for all the breakfasts and dinners that were not given to us, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and grievance we experienced. In addition, I request that Agoda and Midan Hotel Jeddah investigate this situation seriously and take the necessary measures so that other guests are not misled or treated in this way in the future.
