Agoda Charged Me Twice for Reservation, I Need Refund

On November 16, I made a reservation through Agoda (Reservation No: 1437585828). However, on November 19, I noticed that I was charged a second time for the same booking. I tried to contact Agoda customer service, but they do not offer support in Turkish, making it impossible to resolve this issue.

I urgently request assistance in getting a refund for the duplicate charge. If Agoda does not address this matter promptly and refund the extra payment, I will pursue my legal rights. Customers should not face such difficulties or unexpected charges when using a trusted platform. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue.
