Agoda Charged $186 for Unauthorized Reservation – Requesting Immediate Refund
On October 30, 2024, at midnight, I received a notification of a $186 charge from Agoda for a reservation I did not make. Upon contacting their customer service and providing my credit card details, they only referenced a recent legitimate booking, completely ignoring the unauthorized charge. This oversight is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the $186 and expect prompt resolution to this issue. Agoda's lack of accountability in this matter is concerning.
15 business days have passed and I still haven't received my refund, so I will follow up on the process.
