AfricaWinBet Withdrawal Remains Pending Without Any Update

I am writing to report a problem with my Africawinbet account and to request urgent processing of my pending withdrawal. I registered my account on the 27th of this month and have been trying to withdraw my winnings since then through the Africawinbet website on my browser. I initiated a withdrawal of 5,000 GHS via MTN Mobile Money from my Africawinbet account, but the status has been showing “pending withdrawal” for hours and has not changed or been completed. There is no transaction or reference number shown for this withdrawal in my account, and I have not received any money in my MTN Mobile Money wallet. I am using Africawinbet from Ghana and I am very concerned that this delay has continued without any clear progress or update. I kindly request that you urgently process my 5,000 GHS MTN Mobile Money withdrawal and credit the funds to my wallet, or at least provide a clear explanation of the reason for the delay and when it will be resolved.
