Africawinbet Delayed My 5000 GHS Withdrawal and Won’t Provide Support

I have an Africawinbet account with the username “Robert Addo” and on 27/05/2026 at 19:47:45 I requested a withdrawal of 5000 GHS via MTN mobile money. Since then, the payment has not been processed and the money has not reached my mobile money account, so the withdrawal is severely delayed. This is my first withdrawal on Africawinbet and there is not even an option to contact customer support through the platform, so I have been unable to get any explanation about the status of my money or when I will receive it. I request that my 5000 GHS withdrawal be processed to my MTN mobile money account as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear explanation for the delay and an immediate solution so that I can access my funds.
