I Can’t Cancel Adobe Subscription and They Charged Me for 5 Months

I have been unable to cancel my Adobe Acrobat subscription for about 5 months, even though I have never used the service, and my card continues to be charged automatically every month. The payments, which are 478 TRY per month $15, are being charged to my Yapı Kredi credit card ending in 1806.

I have tried multiple times to cancel the subscription through my account settings, but the membership never actually ends, and I am also unable to reach customer support. As a result, I have been forced to pay for a service I do not use for the past 5 months.

I am requesting that my Adobe Acrobat subscription be canceled immediately and that all charges taken over the past 5 months $75 be fully refunded to my credit card.
