Adobe Acrobat Pro Billing Me After Trial Cancellation

5

I signed up for the Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial and canceled my subscription on my own before the trial period ended. Despite this, I was charged twice after the trial—once in February and again in March—through an Adobe POS transaction on my Yapı Kredi credit/debit card.

Even though I canceled before the trial ended, I was still charged twice, which has caused me inconvenience. I have not been able to resolve this issue directly with Adobe, as I cannot reach any representative through email or other support channels.

I am requesting a full refund of these two unauthorized charges and that my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription be immediately and permanently canceled.
