Adobe Stock Charged Me After Free Trial Cancellation

13

I started a 7-day free trial for Adobe Stock and canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. After canceling, I received an email clearly stating that my subscription would end on February 17, and based on that information, I assumed I would not be charged.

However, despite this, I noticed that my Garanti BBVA credit card was charged twice—once on February 23 and again in March—for 717 TRY each (approximately $22 per charge, totaling $44). When I tried to cancel the subscription again, I was presented with a cancellation fee of around 3,500 TRY (approximately $109). Even though I canceled within the free trial period and received confirmation that my membership would end on February 17, being charged and then asked to pay a high cancellation fee has caused serious inconvenience.

I attempted to explain the issue through the live chat digital assistant, but the system failed to understand the problem and did not provide any solution. I am requesting a full refund of all charges made to my card and that my subscription be canceled without any cancellation fee.
