I was using the Adobe Creative Cloud student plan through Adobe.com and paying $15. However, on February 28, 2026, the charge on my card suddenly increased to $30 without my approval. I did not receive any email or notification asking for my consent regarding this price increase.
If my student eligibility expired or there was a change in my plan, I was not informed about it in any way. I did not receive any warning, email, or approval request prior to this charge. I do not accept my subscription being renewed at nearly double the price without any notice or consent.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the $30 charged to my card on that date, a clear and transparent explanation regarding my plan and student discount status, and that necessary measures be taken to prevent this issue from happening again.
