I Was Denied Discount for Exchange on Adidas Shoes Despite Lower Price!
I recently visited an Adidas store to exchange a pair of shoes I had purchased at full price. While selecting a replacement, I noticed the new pair I liked was currently discounted. However, I was told I couldn't benefit from the discounted price because my transaction was categorized as an exchange. This policy makes no sense to me—why should I be denied the discount that's available to everyone else just because I'm exchanging an item? The correct process should deduct the original purchase amount and apply the current price of the replacement, including any discounts. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. Adidas, I expect you to review this policy and provide a fair resolution.
