Acuvue Contact Lenses Cause Severe Eye Irritation

I ordered Acuvue Seans -8.50 prescription contact lenses through Lensmarket.com on June 28, and the product was delivered to me on July 1. When I started using the lenses, I noticed that there were notches or irregularities along their edges. I believe these may be manufacturing defects. Because of these irregularities, the lenses caused significant discomfort and irritation in my eyes. My eyes became extremely red, and I was completely unable to continue using the lenses.

After experiencing these problems, I went to see a doctor. The doctor examined the lenses and advised me not to use them again. This incident has seriously affected both my health and my confidence in the product. Since I no longer trust the lenses, I do not feel comfortable using them again.

I tried to contact Lensmarket.com by phone, but my calls were not answered. I also left a comment under the product asking the company to contact me, but no one got in touch with me and no solution was provided for my complaint.

I request a full refund of the amount I paid for these lenses, which I believe are defective due to a manufacturing issue. I also ask that the health problems and inconvenience I experienced be taken seriously and that I receive a response as soon as possible.
