The Call of Duty Mobile Game Shows An Error Saying That My Game Data is Abnormal
I use an Activision account to play Call of Duty Mobile, and on 18-01-2026, I suddenly lost access to my account on both my phone and my PC. When I try to log in now, the game shows an error saying that my game data is abnormal and does not allow me to enter the game. I play from Nigeria, and I have not used any third-party tools, VPNs, mods, emulators, or any similar software with this account. I only logged in on my PC and then later tried to log in again on my phone, and from that moment, this error started appearing on all my devices. Because of this situation, I cannot access my account and my in-game progress. I could not find a clear way to contact support directly inside the game, so I am sharing my problem here. I request that my account be checked, the “abnormal data” restriction be removed, and my access to Call of Duty Mobile with my Activision account be restored without any loss of progress.
