At around 10:00 AM this morning, I deposited $12 into my Starz 888 account via bank transfer from my Papara account. My username is “altug09”, and my user ID is 1355739071. The reference number for the transfer is 1421049071. Although the amount was successfully deducted from my Papara account, it was never credited to my Starz 888 account and does not appear anywhere in the system.
Regarding this issue, I have sent multiple emails to customer support, but I have not received any response. I only received automated replies, and the problem remains unresolved. I have never experienced this kind of issue before, and this situation has caused me financial inconvenience.
The Papara account used for this payment belongs entirely to me. I have email correspondence related to this issue and can share it if requested. I demand that the balance I deposited be credited to my account as soon as possible or refunded, and that I receive a clear explanation via email.
