888starz Balance Not Updated Despite Bank Debit
On February 7, 2026, at approximately 7:41, I made a UPI payment of 100 rupees through the Famapp application to my 888starz account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my 888starz balance. The UPI transaction reference number for this payment is FMPIB4533638092. Since the money has already been debited from my account, I request that 888starz either immediately credit the 100 rupees to my account balance or refund the same amount to my original payment method. I expect this issue to be reviewed urgently using the transaction reference number provided and resolved as soon as possible.
