Deposit Money Not Added

I deposited ₹5000 into my 4rabet account via Paytm UPI on 26 April 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance even though about one and a half months have passed. My 4rabet account is registered with the email address sd984***@gmail.com. I have the Paytm UPI transaction details and can provide the transaction ID and screenshots as proof whenever required. After noticing that the deposit did not reflect in my account, I contacted 4rabet customer support. They informed me only that the transaction was “in process,” but since then I have received no meaningful update or resolution, and the money remains missing. This delay is unreasonable considering the time that has already passed. I request that my ₹5000 be either promptly added to my 4rabet account balance or refunded to my Paytm UPI / bank account as soon as possible, based on the transaction details I can share, and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
