On 6 May 2026, I deposited 2,000 rupees into my 4rabet account via UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my wallet even though more than 24 days have passed. The money was successfully debited from my bank, yet my 4rabet balance remains unchanged. I contacted 4rabet customer support multiple times and provided all requested transaction details, including the UPI payment information and related proofs. Despite this, I keep receiving the same response that the transaction is “in progress” and that they cannot provide any time frame for resolving the issue, only that they are “doing their best”. This situation has become very frustrating, as such a long delay for a simple deposit is unacceptable. I request that my 2,000 rupees deposit be either immediately credited to my 4rabet wallet or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed about the status and outcome of this transaction.
