Deposit Not Credited But Money Deducted From The Account

On 31 May 2026 at around 08:13 AM, I made a deposit to my 4rabet account via UPI through Airtel Payments Bank for an amount of ₹1600. The money was successfully deducted from my UPI account under transaction ID 560531088931*** but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. I contacted 4rabet customer support about this issue and provided a screenshot as proof, along with the transaction details and reference from my payment app. Despite this, they replied that the UTR/transaction number I shared was invalid and that my screenshot was not valid, and they did not provide any clear or helpful explanation or solution, even though the amount has clearly been debited from my side. I request 4rabet to urgently review this failed deposit transaction, verify it using the transaction ID on their payment gateway or with their payment provider, and either immediately credit ₹1600 to my 4rabet account or refund the same amount back to my original Airtel Payments Bank UPI source. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as the ongoing delay and the claim that a valid bank transaction ID is “invalid” are unacceptable.
