4rabet Deposits Missing for Weeks With No Clear Resolution

I am writing regarding two deposits to my 4rabet account that have not been credited for a long time. One deposit of 1,000 rupees made via PhonePe has been pending for about one month, and another deposit of 5,000 rupees made via Paytm has been pending for about five days. In total, 6,000 rupees has been deducted from my accounts but is still not visible in my 4rabet balance. Each time I contact your customer support, I receive the same response that “Your deposit is currently under processing by the payment system, and we are doing everything we can to support the process. However, the exact timeline for this is determined by the payment provider.” This message has been repeated for weeks without any real update, solution, or proof of where my money is. I request that you immediately investigate these two missing deposits and either credit the full 6,000 rupees to my 4rabet account balance or refund both amounts back to the original payment methods. I expect a clear and final resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
