I deposited ₹6000 into my 4rabet account on April 24, 2026, using the Mobikwik app, but even after four days, the amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet wallet. The UPI transaction ID for this payment is 916959525643, and my 4rabet account is registered with the email address ummeuzmas*****@gmail.com.
I contacted 4rabet support multiple times through Telegram and email and shared a screenshot confirming the successful transaction. Each time, I was told that the payment provider needs to verify the transaction and that I should wait. One of my requests was logged under ticket number 1384389. However, I have not been given any clear timeframe for resolution, and I have been receiving the same repeated response for the past three to four days.
The customer support experience has been extremely poor. My questions are not properly addressed, responses are often irrelevant, and in many cases, there is no meaningful reply at all. I had previously used 4rabet about two years ago for deposits and withdrawals without any issues, which is why I trusted the platform again. Now, I am very disappointed that such a significant amount is stuck without a proper solution.
I request that my ₹6000 be either immediately credited to my 4rabet wallet or fully refunded to my original Mobikwik payment method without any further delay. If this payment cannot be processed, I expect a clear and honest written explanation instead of being asked to wait indefinitely.
