Unauthorized $19 Charge on VakıfBank Credit Card Through 2CO

On July 28, 2025, at 9:03 p.m., $19 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge. I received neither a request for authorization nor any notification about this transaction. I discovered it by chance while checking my account. How can money be taken from my credit card without my permission? It is astonishing that such a transaction can be carried out so easily. Furthermore, how can my account be used for an online payment service without any authorization or notification?

When I called iyzico customer service, they told me they had no information about the transactions and could only check whether the money had been received. It is astonishing that they are unable to monitor unauthorized withdrawals from my credit card. I asked the customer service representative which online payment processing company had made the charge, and they told me it was www.2co.com, adding that the transaction had nothing to do with iyzico.

I also hold VakıfBank responsible. It is unacceptable that the bank failed to send me a notification or even a one-time password when money was charged to my credit card without my permission. I demand that appropriate action be taken and my money refunded. If I do not receive a refund, I will file a formal complaint.
