I Sent My Documents to Verify My 1xBet Account but Haven’t Received Any Response for Days

I have passed verification proccess and already got my money!

I need to get my 1xBet account verified, and for that, I sent all the required documents to their official email address, including my utility bills. My account ID is 1904872004, registered under the email kevinray*@gmail.com**. However, it’s been over two days, and I still haven’t received any response from their team.

When I contact support, they keep telling me it’s “first come, first served” but can’t give me any timeframe. No one seems to know how long this queue will take. This lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating.

I’m raising this complaint here in the hopes that the verification process can be prioritized or at least handled more professionally. Please respond and verify my account as soon as possible.
