I Report Failed Deposit Not Reflected in My 1xBet Account
Two days ago, I funded my account with $200, but the money has not been reflected in my 1XBet account. On July 5th at 10:30, the amount was successfully transferred from my wallet, but it never appeared in my 1XBet account linked to the email jamesbanda***@gmail.com. I understand that technical issues can happen, but in such cases, I expect 1XBet to notify users properly. Otherwise, it feels like users are being treated unfairly.
